ROS Message Types
Command.msg
- Commanding message to control each motor via rpm.

- Controller status information for battery voltage, temperature, fault conditions and emergency stop.
Feedback.msg
- Feedback message for controller and motor state
MotorState.msg
- Motor status information for RPM motor encoder RPM value, actual position by the encoder value, and current flowing through the motors.
