- make sure pr2_mechanism_msgs re-released with correct export of msg
- cleanup URDF and roll out to all robots. hopefully retain calibration
- switch to Lucid/unstable as default
- get new belts into URDF
- deadline of 21st (Friday) to get new control stack out/reviewed/integrated
- reschedule simulators meeting for 14th

- Hold control at 1.3 until arm navigation people play with it
- Releasing pr2_mechanism, pr2_common, pr2_robot, pushing out on robots this week
